    • Synopsis: Maintaining work life balance is not only important for your personal health and relationships, but it can also improve the efficiency of your academic and professional performance. This webinar will explore various techniques for balancing all the demands of working/studying/personal life in these uncertain times. 

    • Instructor: David Hofstetter 

    • Bio: David is the President of The Hofstetter Group, an international Management Training and Coaching organization. David works with organizations who need to improve management soft skills such as communication, productivity, and team building. He has helped organizations in the health care, financial services, construction and manufacturing fields just to name a few. 
      David is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Team a Wiley brand. David is an Adjunct Faculty member at Clark University, School of Professional Studies, teaching Organizational Behavior for several Master’s programs. David completed his Bachelor's of Science at Northeastern University in Business Management and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Psychology from Capella University.  
      He achieved the Certified Profession Coach certification through IPEC Coaching and completed a certificate in Training from Boston University. He has been an Association for Talent Development (ATD) national member since 1996 and a Central Mass Chapter since 2012. David became President in 2013, Past President in 2016. David was also appointed to the role of National Advisor for Chapters through ATD.
